What if all your dreams came true? Would you be happy then? Would you be more fulfilled? Would your days be filled with calm or chaos, friendship or loneliness?

We are not just building dreams, we are building our health, relationships and values right beside it.
While reaching the top of the mountain is great, we also need to consider the journey and climb in a way that we don’t arrive broken or alone.

So don’t just chase the future, enjoy the present. Look around you, soak in the sunshine, smile at the rain, and walk with your bare feet on the ground.

No matter what phase of life you are in right now, you cannot run or soar successfully without taking time to breathe, to reflect, to connect and to give thanks.

Who knows where all these diseases are coming from? Our parents lived in a time with more germs
and less technology, but life was structured in a way that they naturally held onto the things that
mattered; integrity, family, godliness, frugality, and natural foods.

Everyone’s yard had a fruit tree or a vegetable patch and an outside tap. Kids climbed trees, played
using their imaginations and drank water straight from the tap; more fences were lowered to discuss freely with neighbours, reducing stress, building connections and naturally improving mental health and longevity.

It’s not just plastics, processes, food and climate change that’s killing us, it’s a loss of values,
connections and patience and consistency with the process necessary for purpose impact and
fulfilment. Because the truth is, nothing that lasts or makes an impact comes easy or speedily. It takes time, wisdom, tears, failures, and near mental breakdowns in frustration.

There is no such thing as an overnight success that has built generational wealth and left an impact in people’s hearts; it always takes years of building in hope and silence.

So, what if your dreams come true? I am hoping that they will, but you will be whole, happy and not standing alone when they do.

Rooting for you always!
